I am a New York City based general cardiologist with a passion for women’s heart health and cardiovascular disease health equity. I also am interested in cardiac critical care and echocardiography. I became interested in cardiology as a medical student during the cardiac block of our first year curriculum. My interest began to grow more and more in medical school and was cemented in residency. I am now an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in division of Cardiology at Weill Cornell Medicine. I see outpatients, attend in the CCU and cardiac step down unit and read echo. I am involved in medical education. Outside of work, I love spending time with my toddler, my husband, family and friends. I am active in my community through my work with my sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and other civic organizations. When we are not in the middle of a pandemic, I love to travel and try new restaurants. I love to read fiction. Connect on Twitter & Instagram
